Discovering vinety
Discovering where wine is born: this is why our wine tastings begin with a walk through the vineyards and olive groves, dominated by a splendid view of Mount Etna. Guests are first accompanied through the rows to understand the fundamental first phase of production, namely the cultivation of the fields. Next, they are introduced to the ancient winery with its attached barrel cellar to experience a unique sensory journey, a "voyage" that will touch all their senses and lead them to understand the true essence of wine. The projection of a short film in the winery will open a window into what we were yesterday and what we are today. The aging of the wine, which takes place in the barrel cellar, is accompanied by classical music, as per family tradition.
Tasting
Here, you can sip wine while enjoying music that, by spreading low-frequency sound waves, enhances its organoleptic qualities.
Finally, the tasting experience takes place in a room with large windows overlooking the vineyard and equipped with an open kitchen with a wood-fired oven. We serve fresh bread made with sourdough, cured meats and cheeses, and a selection of vegetables in oil, all typical local products. Combined with the oil and wine, they enhance the gastronomic richness of our territory. It is a journey to discover authentic Sicilian flavor. The tasting is available every day, and reservation is required. No minimum number of participants is necessary.
